There’s a lot to take in on this site!

So, you may have some questions.

Here are some of the things people ask most often. If you have a question that’s not listed below, please contact us.

How do I get the downloaded images I just bought?
If you purchased one or more image licenses individually,

Do I need to give artistic credit to the artist?
Yes, all the images are copyrighted by the artist, Polly Castor. When you use Polly’s artwork in printed materials, such as a church bulletin, please credit her in the following way:  Title of artwork © Polly Castor.

If you use an image in a Power Point or projected presentation, you don’t need to include a credit line with the image. It can be added to the end credits of the presentation.

I’ve noticed you have lots of “conceptual” images. What does that mean?
Basically, it means that instead of painting a person, place, or thing, it’s about painting an idea or concept. For a little more thorough explanation, check out this article called What is Abstract Conceptualism?

How do I get a refund?
Sorry, but we don’t offer refunds. Once you have purchased a license to download one or more images, there is no way to return it or verify it has not been used. Your decision to download content includes the understanding that there is no refund.
